David has worked in engineering and design across manufacturing, electronics and education for 35 years in Australia and Europe. For the last ten years David has worked in a number of renewable energy fields including solar, hydropower and battery storage. David is committed to building innovative projects that increase Australia’s renewable energy capacity.
After building the first wind farm in Victoria, the Codrington Wind Farm, Ernst has been representing NewEn, a renewable energy developer based in Bremen, Germany. NewEn then developed wind farms in western Victoria being Mortons Lane, Salt Creek and Dundonnell wind farms.
